Consider science as a verb, not a noun, as an active exploration rather than a static body of previously discovered knowledge. Science is questioning, wondering, examining, and imagining: What would happen if. . . ? Why does. . . ? How can. . . ? Science is always attempting to answer questions about our world. In our high school science courses, students will grapple with these questions through our rigorous, exploratory, project-based coursework.
Please note: If you are interested in earning a diploma through Oak Meadow, you will need to fill out an application to our distance learning school, rather than purchasing materials in our bookstore — credit toward graduation cannot be earned through purchasing the high school materials and using them independently.
