Digital orders will receive an email from Kitaboo with access info within 1-3 business days as each item is manually assigned. Please also note the following:
- "Ground"packages can ship via UPS or USPS at our discretion. Ground orders ship within 3-5 business days.
- Please provide a phone number where you can be reached during normal business hours.
- The shipping instructions field is not intended to provide instructions for package delivery companies, it's for requests for OM staff who are processing your order.
- If you want us to use media mail, please add a note in the shipping instructions field and we will refund the difference (media mail could take several weeks or more to arrive and no insurance is available). For media mail Oak Meadow is not responsible for replacing lost or damaged items. Many items we sell don't qualify for media mail.

- UPS Worldwide shipping rates now include duties and taxes. Please monitor tracking daily as UPS often requires personal information we can't provide to clear customs.
- Priority Mail has been removed as a shipping option for most countries as it's very unreliable. Response times from the USPS for inquiries about lost or delayed Priority Mail packages can take up to 60 days depending on the destination country. Express Mail inquiry response times are 5 days. Please plan accordingly.
- International Customers using USPS shipping options: Please note that the US Postal Service has no employees outside the United States. Packages are handed off to the postal system of the importing country for processing. Tracking is best monitored on your country's postal system website. There is no delivery time guarantee for USPS shipping outside the US. They say 3-5 business days for Express Mail and 6-10 business days for Priority Mail to "major markets". These times can vary greatly and are not guaranteed.
