At Oak Meadow, it's our goal to provide you and your children with an educational experience that will be beneficial and satisfying. If you experience any problem with your curriculum, or if the program does not meet your expectations, please let us know.
When your curriculum arrives, plan to set aside time to look through everything carefully. Make sure that your order is complete and accurate. You have a 30-day evaluation period after your curriculum arrives to examine it carefully and determine if it is the right fit for you and your children. If you have any concerns during this period, call or email us so we can answer your questions or discuss the options available to you.
If you decide during this 30-day period that you wish to return any of your course materials please submit the form linked in the next paragraph and we will send you return instructions. Once received at Oak Meadow, we'll issue you a refund, minus the 10% restocking fee, within 5 business days. Returned items must be received in like-new condition and not written or colored in, or highlighted. We don't refund shipping and handling charges.
To return your curriculum, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by filling out an RMA Request Form here. Detailed instructions regarding how to package and ship your returned materials will be provided to you with your RMA number. Please ship the materials back to us within 2 weeks using your preferred carrier.
If you are a charter school customer, you will need your school to send an email request to email@example.com with the original order information and reason for return. Charter school returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Digital Curriculum Refunds
There is a 14-day evaluation period for digital readers and a 30-day evaluation period for digital coursebooks. To return your curriculum, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by filling out the following form.
